Aug 26, 2007 (Bottle, Haket, Gothenburg, 31 July 2007) Golden yellow colour with brief white head. Fruity, herbal nose with notes of apricots and spicy hops. Fruity taste with spicy hops, apricots and a slightly yeasty finish with spicy notes of clove and Seville orange. Rather robust saison, nice beer.

Aug 24, 2007 Bottled feb 06, brew nr. 235, bottle provided by MiP. Orange blonde color, cloudy. Grapefruit and traubenzucker in the aroma. Light hoppy, citric flavor . Flowery, vanilla and anis. Vanilla hopbitter aftertaste. Pleasant, well matured beer.

Aug 22, 2007 Tasted 2007-08-22. 3 months old bottle, 50 cl. Pours yellow with white head. Hoppy aroma and taste. Nice bitterness at the end. Good beer.

Aug 20, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy golden colour with mostly lasting white head. Powerfull citric and hoppy aroma. Good off-dry mouthfell and flavor of hops and some fruitiness. Long semi-bitter finish with a little hint of alcohol. Well made saison.

Aug 19, 2007 Dark yellow colored, strongly cloudy appearance. Little yellow head. Strongly spiced aroma with orange peel and yeast. After aroma, if I didn’t know this for saison, I would say Abbey Tripel coming from America. Medium bodied, soft palated. Flavor is also tripelish: same orange fruits dominating with spices and yeast, aftertaste dries strongly.

Aug 19, 2007 Bottle. Nice big head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma is very hoppy with some fruits as well. Taste is fruits, some yeast and a good amount of hops.

Aug 18, 2007 Updated: Apr 1, 2008A good aroma of yeast, and a bit of fruit - kind of like citrus. The flavor is yeasty it’s a Belgium inspired beer great.
