50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a frothing head. Lovely citrus and apple fruity aroma. The same fruityness is the flavour with a nice blend of sweetness followed by a dry bitterness into the finish. Nice.

Bottle... Murky, peach-colored ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Breadsy, spicy aroma with diverse esters, phenols, malts and hops that all add up to a giant slice of fruitcake. The flavor is much the same... and balanced well. Lesser notes of pale grains and yeast. Medium-bodied with a 2%-milk mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Thanks to boboski for sharing this bottle with everyone at the tasting!

Very nice beer indeed. Reminds me of some of the better belgian ales with nice fruity spicy taste.

Thin dot lacing is left behind by a mostly diminishing white head. The body is beautiful: opaque, cloudy, apricot juice colors. The aroma is packed with yeast with plenty of appealing berry esters. Mild alcohol is noted. Coriander, earthy hops, herbs, lightly toasty cereal grains and a small amount of wheat. The flavor brings more wheat to the table, along with alot more yeast and fruity notes that convey scents of oranges, lemons and tangerines. Alcohol is less evident. Bitterness is low, sweetness mild. The palate is medium-full bodied, with slight chalkiness and an earthy feel. Very zippy, popping carbonation, moderate peppery spiciness. Good, though not dry enough. Spicy, lengthy finish, lemon and wheat notes lingering. Not bad.

Courtesy boboski. Pours a cloudy, light orange with a tiny little white head. alot of orange citrus, some mild spices, coriander, maybe some clove as well. Nice, big spice character, alot of that orange, a little cinnamon, and a slight bitterness to it that hung around towards the finish. The aftertaste was mildly fruity, with a sweet little bitter taste. pretty good representation of the style. Nicely done.

Bottle. Batch 287. Pours a hazy deep golden colour with a big creamy well lasting white head leaving a good lacing. Aroma of wheat, citrus and herbs, bit sour. The flavour has plenty of wheat with some citrus, herbs and spices, malt and a touch of soap with some sourness. The finish is mild and wheaty with some spiciness. Kick saisons like "Fuglebjerggaard 35. Bryg" way outta here!

500ml bottle (Alko)
Wheaty orange, thin white head.Sweet fruity, and blossomy aroma, some corriander and citrus. Perfumed bitter taste, quite pleasant, lightly malt body keeps it interesting. Occasional soapy taste too. A bit poofy (it’s the sweet perfume), not enough guts. (6-3-8-3-13=3.3)
Rerate - 500ml bottle Past BB of 2009-04 - Shared by Mirjukka - thanks!
Grape, wine and honey aroma, citrus too. A touch soapy taste, but a pleasant sweet honey-like fruit sima aspect. WIth yeast more mushroomy aroma, and a soapier taste. Aging this one worked well, changes the style a bit - less saison, more pale ale. (7-3-7-3-14=3.4)
