Jun 4, 2009 Bottle. Pours an unclear orange with a medium white head and OK lacing. The aroma is citrus, clove, orange peel and yeasty phenols. The flavour is spice, citrus and bready yeastiness. Some tartness in the mouthfeel though good carbonation. A refreshingly dry finish. It’s an OK saison just a little subtle for my palate.

Jun 1, 2009 Hazy pale golden body with a short white head. Notes of lemon and some spice on the aroma. Soft pepper in the taste also wheat notes with not too much else. An easy drinking Saison but thats all.

May 31, 2009 Good look frothy head top carbonation orange coloured season beer,aroma fruit spices yeast notes hoppynessnice.Flavour peppery orange,lemon nutmeg,lovely bitterness from hops,ginger very smooth.Saison goes down well just a good beer mellow really at the finish,palate is treated to sweet and bitter tastes well balanced and pleasingly lasting .

May 25, 2009 Pours hazy blond with a very translucent bubbly head. The aroma has lemony tartness, some spice, grainy malt and Belgian yeast. Medium body that’s thin for the style with very mild carbonation. The flavor starts like the aroma with a bit more funkiness. The finish has more graininess and some smooth citrus. Interesting beer.

May 20, 2009 (Botle 59cl) Pours a hazy orrange with a nice dense lasting head. Fruity yeasty aroma. FSpicy pepperyy flavour with quite some lasting hoppy bitterness. Dry.

Hazy orange body. Quite a small dense white head for the style.
Somewhat fruit nose, pears, citrus, candy banana, fair bit of clove spice, possibly some coriander in the works. Cereal malts in the background.
Subdued carbonation for style, full bodied, not as dry as expected with a slight sour note.
Nice flavours on the body; grapefruit, pear, spice, bit of hay, vanilla and honey sweetness. Finishes quite bitter, lingering spice.
Quite a nice beer, thought i’d go as far as to consider it a Belgian-style blonde, rather than a saison. Doesn’t really have the lively body, zesty spicy flavour or the "funk" you come to expect in a good Saison.

May 13, 2009 Hazy orange with a lasting white head. Aroma: Fruit, banana, raisin, malt, yeast, vanilla. Taste: Fruity, yeast, spicy (vanilla and coriander). Some hoppy bitterness too. Good and refreshing.
