One of our most refreshing brews, made for those hot summer days, but satisfying year 'round. Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F. Goes well with seafood, particularly oysters.

An unclear dark orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet spicy - with coriander being most dominant. The flavor is sweet malty with a strong spicyness again especially coriander, but there also a light note of alcohol, before a dry hoppy end sets in. Quite nice for a Saison, but not my favorite style.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, orangey golden with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacework. Fresh, lightly floral nose. Medium body with some sweet malts and fresh, floral notes, some yeast and a distinctly bitter finish. 100507

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a frothing head. Lovely citrus and apple fruity aroma. The same fruityness is the flavour with a nice blend of sweetness followed by a dry bitterness into the finish. Nice.

Bottle. Unclear medium orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus / grapefuit, moderate yeasty, fruit acidic. Flavor is moderate sweet, acidic and bitter with a average to long duration. (Fruit acidic). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (101107)

Bottle, 6.5%. Batch #235. Hoppy and quite yeasty aroma, a little malty. Quite cloudy orange colour. Small white head. The flavour is quite hoppy with sweet, dried fruit notes. Good bitter finish, with a hint of yeast. Well-balanced, but I could have done without the yeast notes.
