Commercial Description:
This Belgian Ale is what you could call a wit with an attitude. We are generous with all our ingredients - including both orange peel and coriander. This does not stop this ale from being a good companion with seafood dishes.

Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F.

11P 20 IBU 4,5% ABV.

A bit on the dark side, this wit has a bit too much of everything. Too much hops, spices and bitterness, it lacks the fine delicacy that defines a good wit. But it is very drinkable and refreshing.

(50 cl bottle at Haket, Göteborg) At first a clear golden color, though it turns very shady once the sediment hits the glass. White head. Spicy yeasty scent and taste. There’s no way you’d misstake it for a weiss instead of a wit! Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Spicy aftertaste.

0,5 l bottle, batch 236. Moderate head, golden color. Some citrus malt, nice hops, yeast. A very nice summer-beer, and a very good alternative to white wine with the seafood.

BB 03/07. Hazy yellow with white head. Aroma has wheat/yeast/citrus and coriander. Taste is the same with a smooth body and rather low carbonation. Light hops appears in the finish! Fine lacings. Classic Belgian style! Nice product!

Bottle. No head - only some bubbles when I poured. Color is hazy amber. Aroma is mainly hops. Taste is nothing like a wit. Its all hops and no sign of wheat. Its good, but I was disappointed by the name on tha label and was in the mood for a refreshing wit, and not something that was more like an IPA.

orangey aroma, loads of citrus. bitter finish with a bite. A bit underbalanced. Maybe not the most elegant wit on the market but certainly very interesting. .Very hoppy!
