Commercial Description:
This Belgian Ale is what you could call a wit with an attitude. We are generous with all our ingredients - including both orange peel and coriander. This does not stop this ale from being a good companion with seafood dishes.

Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F.

11P 20 IBU 4,5% ABV.

Bottle. A good one, but not the best fra Nøgne Ø. But why is it so difficult to make witbeer for scandinavian brewers. They can make excellent stouts and IPAs, but wit has, it seems to, no interest. Sad, because it’s a nice style

Bottle. Aroma has citrus in it, and that go´s nice with the color. A bit thin and in flavor, never the less a good wit.

Bottle 500 ml. Batch # 236. Very cloudy greyish yellow color. Small quickly diminising head. Yeasty aroma with citrus and spices. Flavor is wheat, yeast and some slight fruit and spice notes. Drinkable, but lacks the freshness of really good witbier.

Bottled. Hazy pale blond colour with thick white head. Dry and spicy aroma of coriander and ginger with lemony hop notes. Dry and yeasty flavour of lemon-rind, and coriander. Surprisingly hoppy aftertaste (for a wit) of mild grapefruit with light yeasty undertone.
