Commercial Description:
This Belgian Ale is what you could call a wit with an attitude. We are generous with all our ingredients - including both orange peel and coriander. This does not stop this ale from being a good companion with seafood dishes.

Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F.

11P 20 IBU 4,5% ABV.

Hazy light yellow, small lacing head. Spritzy, citric wheaty aroma. Little soapiness. Wheaty flavor, much less fruits, little grapefruit like strong hops. Yeast kills the freshness, and doesn’t add anything to the flavor. Overall nicely hoppy little wit, not that typical.

Bottle @ home, from Tbone. Thanks!; Blonde, cloudy. Tangerine in the almost vinous aroma. Citrus flavor, with tangerine and clove. Well made witbier.

0,5 l bottle. Pours a nice white head, foggy pale yellow colour, medium carbonation. Aroma of hops, orange and citrus, some spices. Very fresh taste, lots of orange which gives it a rather bitter flavour of orange-peel, some spices way back there somewhere. Mix of hoppy and citrus finish, slighlty bitter. Refreshing and nice beer, works well with or without seafood.

Nögne, wit. Thanx oh6gdx. Bottled. Hazy golden in color, minor white head, lacings. The aroma bitter and promising. The flavor is dry and bitter. There is a damp aftertaste.

[From the archives] Interesting wit with a touch of hop bite. Bitter citrusy aroma. Not thin and refreshing in a different way from most other wits I’ve had. Maybe some perfume note at the finish?

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, mild coriander and other spices along with some yeast and fruits. Flavour is quite much the same along with some slight hints of eggyness. Still a quite nice witbier.
