Commercial Description:
This Belgian Ale is what you could call a wit with an attitude. We are generous with all our ingredients - including both orange peel and coriander. This does not stop this ale from being a good companion with seafood dishes.

Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F.

11P 20 IBU 4,5% ABV.

Bottle from supermarket. Pours hazy orange with small head. Fuity malt aromas. Both orangepeel and coriander are evident n aroma. Nice hopflavor, but still very fruity, almost Saison-like.

Long lasting foam with small bubbles on an light amber, hazy looking beer. Aroma of bubble gum, grapefruit, phenols and a slight staleness. Taste of Grapefruit, red orange and bitter orange marmalade, dry mouthfeel with a lingering pinelike bitterness, not so pleasant, taste a little stale again. Hmm american hops and wit seems to be an interesting combination, if just the pine like bitterness was brought under control. But the tropical fruit and wit works great together!! I enjoyed it..

Bottle 0.5 l. Hazy orange, small bubbly head. Nose has bitter grapefruit, sweet orange, cloves, some vanilla, yeast maybe, spices. Flavor is intensely bitter, grapefruit, juicy oranges, spices, hops. Very nicely bitter and somehow goes even a bit to american pale ale territory in all it’s grapefruity bitterness. Very strong and nice!

First impression has considerable bitterness, which quickly fades. Aroma is dry, has flavors of citrus and hops. Quickly diminishing head. A superb white beer!

50cl bottle from Meny Grønland. Batch 252. Poured a hazy orange colour with a big creamy head. The flavor is dry and spicy and tastes of oranges, citrus, malts and coriander. It also has a lasting aftertaste. A very nice wit indeed.
