Bottle courtesy CigarCityBrew. Pours a very dark brown with a small light tan head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt, and a hint of roast. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. Very good.

Jul 20, 2008 Courtesy of CigarCityBrew. Pours dark brown with tan head. The aroma is mild with notes of dark malts, chocolate malts, faint roastiness, light dark fruity esters and some earthiness. The taste is roasty dark and moving toward toastiness. I get a bit of chocolate mixing with raisins and other dark fruity ester notes. Smooth and drinkable.

Jul 19, 2008 Bottle. Black colour with a large head. Slightly roasted and malty aroma. The flavour is sweet, roasted malt with notes of chocolate and some fruits. Medium-bodied, roasted and bitter aftertaste.

Pours dark brown. Aroma is malty, very sweet, roasty with a touch of caramel.
Mouthfeel has note of cereal/grain, maybe oat?
A pleasant surprise out of Suomi land.

May 27, 2008 Bottle, pours a quicky dissolving brown head, deep black color. Smells of malts, bread and caramel. Taste has the same elements but seems to be missing abit of the promised kick and finishes quite bland.Overall not bad for the price.
