| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 29, 2009 On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It’s a clear, dark brown beer with a small, creamy, beige head. Roasted nose with dried fruits and a little sourish touch. Dried fruits, at least raisins, caramel, a little roasted notes, sweetness and a decent hop level giving a pleasant bitterness. Full-bodied with a nice level of co2. Overall, it’s a bit on the sweet side, but it’s a nice beer. Maybe needing some food. (090516) stouby (1937), Holbaek, Denmark
