Draught at brewpub. Reddish copper, small pale head leaving little lace. Nose is raspberry seeds and little purée, wheat, little sugar and acidic notes. Flavor misses some of that fruitiness with tart raspberry, pretty dull wheat beer base, not really sweet at all. Light bodied, a bit spritzy carbonation. Could have a lot more juiciness, now its pretty plain.

Marhogny color with a small lasting offwhite head. Aroma: Raspberries, yeast, wheat, spices. Taste: Pretty low sweetness, nice raspberry taste balanced good with the wheat. A little watery though, but overall a pretty nice beer.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-09-15) Reddish amber colour and clear. Medium sized and almost white head that disappeared quickly. Raspberry, spices and lightly malts in aroma. Light and bit dry palate with medium carbonation. Berries, raspberry, lighlty malts, spiciness and lightly bitterness in taste. Long lasting aftertaste of berries.

19-JUL-2009, Bottle. Reddish with white/pink head. I put my nose in the glass, and it is sour raspberries. The berries are nice, but the beer itself is uninteresting. A little watery with relatively high carbonation, small bubbles though. As usual with fruitbeer, no rebuy. Morten will not rate it at all, and Marianne would like it a little sweeter, and she is right since there is no sweetness at all.
