Commercial Description:

On tap. Pours a clear golden with an off-white head. Very fresh aroma of pine and grapefruit. Meedium body, lightly sweet fruit accents but otherwise completely dominated by the fresh aroma hops that leave a balancing bitterness but never gets too overwhelming. This is SO well crafted and SO in balance, and once again Shaun E. Hill proves to be the master of APAs. 221009

It’s slightly hazy, warm golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of spruce, exotic fruits and citrus. The flavor has a light sweetness and loads and loads of exotic fruits, orange citrus fruits and flower on a discrete bare of caramel. It is incredibly well balanced and smooth with a very low bitterness, it’s VERY refreshing and aromatic – I wish I had a private tap with this beer...

Draught at Jydske Øldage 2009. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Orange colour. Light malty and fantastic hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter almost astringent flavor. Long great but a little harsh bitter finish. Creamy palate. Excellent but a challenge for newbies.
