Dark golden with a lasting white head. Aroma has spicy and herbal hops with a hint of citrus along with bready malt. Dry malty flavour with a little citrus hops.

Full body with a tanned head.
Bitter.
Long after taste.
I keep getting back to this beer as it can be enjoyed both on its own but also with meat and cheese.

Oct 4, 2008 Bottle at EBF 08. Old gold, slight haze, lasting creamy head. Rather a beautiful lager. Bit of yeast. does everything well. Along with some stinging hop on finish.
OleR (1434), Oslo, Norway
Sep 20, 2008 600 ml bottle from Fine Food, Kastrup. Copper brown, mostly lasting big offwhite head. Pleasant plummy malt aroma. Notes of summerflowers. Clean tasting malt flavor. Dark fruits and some nice ashy notes underneath. Mild bitterness. Slick mouthfeel. Nice all over.
Gr0ve (1134), Oslo, Norway
Sep 19, 2008 600 ml bottle. Copper colour. Clear. Tall fluffy white head. Fresh floral hop aroma. Great aroma. Light malty flavours with a hint of melanoidins. Texture is somewhat buttery. Finishes slightly bitter and watery. The bitterness is light, but lingers a long time. I like the aroma much better than the finish.
