The label says "Double IPA", but the reality is that this is fairly restrained even for an IPA, so that may be a misprint. It’s a drinkable and pleasant beer. Hops are noticable and attractive, and the malt tags along behind, trying hard to keep up. For my second helping I think some yeast got dragged into the glass as it was a bit blurred. This is my first North by Northwest beer (thought I’d had one before - but maybe I didn’t record it!), and I’m not impressed.
