Thanks to Kevin for bringing this to the tasting. A small creamy head forms over a cloudy light brown body. Funky Belgian yeast aroma. Any sweetness in the flavor is quickly overpowered by tart citrus that fades into a long dry finish. Spritzy - lively; almost gassy.

Poured a hazy apple cider appearance with a thin off-white head. The aroma was fruity, yeasty and dusty. The flavor had a touch of leather. Also in the flavor was sweet malt and dark fruits. Light body. Finish was mildly dry.

Pours a nice red brown with a light tan head. A slightly yeasty aroma and a slight citrusy flavor. Just a slightly foamy palate for my taste, but damn good.

Jimmack tasting 06. Sorry- I forgot who brought this, but I know Walt gave it to someone. Pours a cloudy light brown/deep copper, with good head and retention. Aroma is yeasty, phenolic, lgith cloves, slight medicinal, plasticy, with a slight solvent character. Yeasty flavor, slgihtly dirty, citrus, earthy and spciy with a lightly bitter finish. A litte astringent in the end though but ok overall.

(750ml bottle, thanks Kevin) Cloudy apple cider, medium off-white head. Aroma medium sweet, cherry, some funk. Taste is moderately sweet, cherry, melon, caramel, light sourness. Light-medium body, very drinkable.

750ml bottle via trade with Walt - Thanks Walt! - Pours apple cider brown with a short foamy tan head. Aromas of citrus, corriander, and some candi sugar. Flavor is sweet as well with candi sugar, yet also many earthy notes and some definite orange and corriander. Palate is medium bodied and pretty smooth to drink. This had complex flavor nice body and was easy to drink for an American Belgian.. Pretty enjoyable brew!
