Jun 30, 2008 ON tap at the brewpub; poured a brownish copper with the remnents of a head. Aroma of caramel, bread and fruit. Flavor was pretty mellow with mostly caramel and fruit. Not the best I had that night by quite a bit.

Mar 21, 2008 Copper clear color with small foam top. Light kinda fruity (apple, citrus) aroma. Dough taste, only a hint of hops. Small bite at the end, medium, creamy texture.

Jan 20, 2008 Sampler at NXNW- standard amber color, aroma of was very weak malt and hops. Hits the mouth with a medium body, kind of an odd watery feel to it in the middle, finish was ok. Bit of a letdown for me.

Oct 22, 2007 (Sampler @ NXNW): Color of golden amber color. Small head, off-white head. Malty aroma, hops, balanced aroma but not too strong. Malty taste, fruity-like green grapes. Tasty.

Jul 28, 2007 Lightly smelling of light floral hops and honey sweetness. Pours a mid amber color, and taste is light, and more towards a sweet honeyish fruity flavor than hoppy. Simple and and nice and I actually liked this one quite a bit. Probably my 2nd favorite next to their pale ale.

Golden color. Light soap aroma. Very light flavor of caramel and cereals.
