Draft - Amber, thin white head. Nose had weak tones of fruity iced tea. Unfortunately, the flavor was more of the same. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitter finish. This one needs some help...

Had on draft as a part of a sampler. Copper color with a thin head. Not much aroma. Maltiness with a slight caramel note. Another Fat Tire clone, though I guess every brewpub has to have one.

Tap. Amber body with a perfect film of bubbles. Nose-typical amber nose-light nuts, garbage, sickly sweetness. Taste-very thin, very nutty, seltzer water, lingering lactic sour aftertaste. Some very light roast/smoke in it. All in all very dull with a bad aftertaste.

Poured copper with almost no head...caramel and corn in the nose...small malty beginning, followed by the NXNW seemingly signature corn...thin bodied and rather bland...

Pours a reddish-copper with thin white head. Decent malt aroma and flavor. Like some of the other ratings, I thought it had some Belgian type characteristics. Kind of strange for a Vienna. Probably the better of the beers here, but that isn’t saying much.

Had on tap at the brewpub in Austin. Pours a light copper color with a thin but persistent white head. Aroma has some sweet toffee notes, quite pleasant. Flavor has an underlying chocolate bent to it that sits rather well. Also detect a little bit of caramel. Very flavorful for a brewpub Vienna. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Very decent.

Am I drinking beer or flat seltzer water? A faint hint of hops at the begining, but, like Vanilla Ice’s career, it faded too quickly. This place has been in business for 5 years? They must have kick butt food.

Light copper color with a small white head. Sweet caramel malty aroma. Body has some Belgian malt and candi sugar flavor with a crisp finish. A decent Vienna style brew.
