Hand bottle from the brewery. This one was a year old when I got it. Pours a hazy pinkish amber color. Aroma is light and fairly fresh, without too much funk in there. The flavor is vinegar, tartness and a little fruit. Easy drinking and not too crazy.

Courtesy GodofThunder. Hazy light orange color with a sparse thin white head. Chalky acetic apple aroma, moderate sourness. Light malic sourness, light acidity, pretty generic taste overall, but decent.

Hand bottled by the brewer, graciously shared by GodOfThunder. Pours a lightly hazy amber color. A frothy, cream colored head settles to a thin layer with a bubbly edge. Minimal, spotty lacing noted. The aroma shows some sweet candy malts with notes of tart green apple and soured red berries. Caramel emerges, along with notes of oak and vanilla. There is an acetic, vinegary overtone throughout. Flavors follow suit, showing more like a sweet and sour apple soda with caramel and vanilla than anything. Medium bodied, with obtuse, soda-like bubbles, the mouthfeel is a little syrupy for my liking. This reminds me very much of the Lindemans fruit lambics that get imported to the U.S. Not impressed.

Strawberry color, with a thick white head. Aroma is funky with vinegar, salt, fruit peels, tart. Taste is a fruity light sour mix and lacks depth for a sour. Too much residual sugar.

2006 500 ml bottle from Walt. Nose of lightly funky, tart pomegranate. Clear orangish red with a huge pinkish tinged, glass lacing head. Very bubbly! Flavor was very prickly on the tongue with pomegranates, candi sugar, and light funky tartness.

7/28/2007: North By Northwest Pomelambic has a pink color, white head, musty aroma, and sweet-tart flavor. It if refreshing and very nice.

Sample from bottle shared at Columbus Tasting: Ate by moejuck, now with gramatical errors. Thanks! Rating #24 for this beer...

Bottle shared by Walt at Glimmerglass State Park pre BCTC ’08. Poured cloudy amberish purple in color with a small white head. Aroma of berries and I suppose pomegranate (I haven’t smelled one in a while). Quite funky and bretty. Tastes of berries, pomegranate, brett, and vinegar. Thanks Walt!!!
