SudsMcDuff (1691), was CapeTown,SA-now Houston, Texas, USA Jun 11, 2009 pours a clear yellow light gold .. . decent soapy foam .. A+ lacing .. . lacks any crispness, a no-no in pilsners .. . rather sweet, some light corn.. so shes the murderer .. . looks the part, but thats it... very low carbonation . . lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA Oct 24, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a bright white medium sized head. Smell is sweet honey soaked ceral grains and some noticeable grassy hops. Taste is cereal like sweet honey malt that reminds me of honey smacks cereal, but with a grassy bitter crispness in the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Sweet up front and slightly bitter in the back. Decent pilsner, but I preferred their other pilsner to this as it was a bit dryer and even hoppier. Still enjoyable. PilsnerPeter (2585), Flushing, New York, USA Oct 13, 2008 G.A.B.F. 2008: Pale yellow pour with fading white. The aroma is sweet with lots of corn. The flavor is similar with a lot of sweet corn notes, grainy/cereal hints and little hops to speak of. Eh.
