22oz bottle acquired in trade with lb4lb (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of lemons, some bananas, white peppers, spicy, and some other citrus. Tastes of white pepper, a little bready, citrus, and other spices. Refreshing after spending all day outside in the sun and head.

Bottle shared by kmweaver on 7/10/08: Pours a transparent deep golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet biscuity Belgian malts, a touch of lemon tartness and yeasty esters. Body starts fairly full and Belgian malty sweet with some clove spice and crisp earthy bittering hops toward a drier finish. A pretty nice and authentic saison.

Light haze to the yellow body with a white head. Silky, oily, and pasty texture, very smooth and lush with an olive oil consistency minus the viscosity. Light notes of lavender, clove, hibiscus, etc., along with some more worrisome notes of wet cabbage, but it does have some lemon-honey as well, light to medium sweetness. Nice and pleasant but ultimately simple, and something in the nose seems off at times.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a hazy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate malty, ginger, yeast and alcohol aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a friend.

Pours a nice light hazy copper with a foamy slightly diminishing head. Aroma is initially straight forward saison yeast character- bready, doughy, slight sea salt and turns a bit lemony earthy adn a hint of wierd funk- reminded me a bit of an older fantome. Good doughy malt flavor at first, but turns a bit lemony lactic and crackery with more salt in the end and lots of yeasty phenols.

22oz bottle bought at N By NW in June of 08. Mix of aromas yeast, peppery spice and some citrus lemon. Cloudy yellow body with white head. Most of the yeast had setteled to bottom of bottle so second glass had floaters stiring about. Good yeasty chewy lemon soapy zesty flavor. Medium bodied brew with some light spice in the background. Finishishs somewhat sour and dry with a yeasty malt sediment shot at the end. Good brew.
