Courtesy of kmweaver. Cloudy pale body with a small white head. The nose is golden fruits, clove, coriander and hay. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter with cotton candy, honey, herbs and pepper. Medium body is round with light carbonation.

Aug 19, 2008 Bottle. Yellow to golden in color with not too much head. Smell is butter, oily, fruits, musty. Taste is light fruit, spiced, plastic. Decent but a little off.

Aug 6, 2008 Bottle from the brewpub. Hazy dark gold with a fleeting head. Aroma is tart wheat with some mild spices. Medium body with light carbonation. Nice grainy malt, lightly tart wheat flavors with a hint of clove. Tastes more like a basic wheat ale than a Saison. Decent enough flavor, just not what i’d expect from this style.

Aug 5, 2008 bottle thanks to travita. nice opaque yellow with a ring of white froth. malts, spices and an overall earty scent. that’s quite a peppery beer. very smooth on the palate and a smooth finish actually.
