Mix of aromas yeast, peppery spice and some citrus lemon. Cloudy yellow body with white head. Most of the yeast had setteled to bottom of bottle so second glass had floaters stiring about. Good yeasty chewy lemon soapy zesty flavor. Medium bodied brew with some light spice in the background. Finishishs somewhat sour and dry with a yeasty malt sediment shot at the end. Good brew. shigadeyo (2263), Harrison, Ohio, USA

The flavor is quite good and has a good punch for a Saison. It is fruity and spicy with undertones of ginger, pepper, lemony citrus, and something slightly sour. This beer has a medium body and is smooth on the palate. Its appearance is a haze to cloudy golden yellow color with a foamy white head that is lasting and leaves some lacing on the glass. I like this beer and would recommend it. I reminds me a little bit of the Nogne O Saison only this one is even better.

Aroma of lightly sweet biscuity Belgian malts, a touch of lemon tartness and yeasty esters. Body starts fairly full and Belgian malty sweet with some clove spice and crisp earthy bittering hops toward a drier finish. A pretty nice and authentic saison. hopdog (5630), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of lemons, some bananas, white peppers, spicy, and some other citrus. Tastes of white pepper, a little bready, citrus, and other spices. Refreshing after spending all day outside in the sun and head. bleeng (601), Spring near Beersel, Texas, USA

Yes, I did let it sit for a while before I drank it. 22 oz bomber. Cloudy, hazy gold with a small white head. Very lemony, peppery, spicy nose. Taste of pepper, yeasty, funkiness, fluffy, full mouth. A bit young. Interesting take on a saison, one of my favorite styles. I’ll let my other bottles sit and meditate. Nice beer that most other brewpubs/breweries don’t even take a chance at.. Poured a hazy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate malty, ginger, yeast and alcohol aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
I would recommend this to a friend. slimchill (788), Austin, Texas, USA

Opaque orange-yellow with a big white head that quickly drops out and disappears. Good hop presence up front with style-appropriate ester character and mild spice. A candy-like sweetness hovers around but is never fully realized, which works well. Spices are slightly muddled which might improve with time. Body is a bit thin, but good carbonation works well. A slight bitterness in the finish lingers on with some citrus notes into the aftertaste.
