There is definitely some citrus coming through in the nose. There is also a bit of an interesting wild yeast, a bit of a farm-y aroma. Has a very light body, but the flavor tastes fresh with lemony citrus, a touch of grass, and definitely some spice as well.

Aroma of lightly sweet biscuity Belgian malts, a touch of lemon tartness and yeasty esters. Body starts fairly full and Belgian malty sweet with some clove spice and crisp earthy bittering hops toward a drier finish. A pretty nice and authentic saison. alexsdad06 (1106), Ohio, USA

Flavor is sweeter than I expected and palate is soft and full, but needs more carbonation. Not a bad effort, but needs work. Bockyhorsey (2554), Mesa, Arizona, USA
