Clearly one of the best beers I have tasted. It pours a thick dark opaque brown, with a very thick, everlasting beige head. It's aroma is of deep enticing brown sugars and toasted raisin. The flavors run wild through this thick mealy stout. A slightly bitter flavor burst finishes with smooth chocolate and fruit overtones. Definitely to be incorporated into my list of regulars!

Musky malt and coffee aroma. Pours black with small tan head and good lacing. Flavor was mild expresso with mild hints of hops and bitter chocolate mixed in. Slightly thin accross the palate with a nice dry bitter finish.

Tastes like a chocolate stout. Very well balanced and drinkable. I'm not really a dry stout fan, but this one is not bad.

Dark reddish brown hue with small off-white head and some lace. The aroma hints of roasted chocolate and dark malts, caramel, aromatic and fruity hops, smoke, and zesty yeast esters. The taste starts very mohca like with a zing of citrus. A good amount of bitterness comes through upon the finish with a coffee dryness. A bit acidic on the palate. Smoky qualities sometimes appears as well. The mouthfeel is chalky and dry. A good but not great dry stout, okay to try once. Thanks Joe (lowered sixth) for the bottle.

Opaque brown/black color with a fairly thick light brown head. Very perfumey floral aroma with a hint of malt. Bittersweet chocolate flavor with a floral aftertaste. Fairly dry bitter finish.

The darkest brown in color with a medium tan head. Aroma is cocoa. Flavor is light bakers chocolate and a hint of coffee with a slightly dry and bitter finish. It's a keeper.

I like this stout. Dark brown, maybe black colored. Aroma is chocolate malt. Flavor is slight bitter, but almost perfect in IMO for the sytle. Finish is balanced, and could have been a little mor dry.

Very dark with a small tan head. A solid dry stout with a lot of hop bite on the end. Dominant charcoal/coffee flavor. Good carbonation, and extremely affordable.
