Aroma of yeasty bread, mild lemon and hayfield. Flavors are crisp , somewhat sweet malts, pleasant hops, and not much else. Expected more wheat tones. Finishes quick and clean. Not bad, a smooth, satisfying brew for a warm afternoon. joergen (8539), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Appearance: Hazy, deep gold color with a small, effervescent white head. The head fades fairly quickly and no lacing was left behind.
Aroma: The first smell is a bit of wet dog which thankfully passes quickly. Fruity with wheat and clay notes. Odd stuff this one.
Flavor: Grainy and sweet with notes of honey, a little butter, fruity, and a bit of wheat. Not the big wheat influence I was expecting. Far more to the ale side.
Palate: Medium-high carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel and a medium-short, slightly fruity finish.
Overall: An interesting take on a wheat that isn’t too wheaty. Not bad but don’t expect a big wheat note out of this one. skoisirius (573), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Oct 7, 2009 Not being a huge AH fan, this guy takes somewhat of a better look at the style, while still being fairly low on the amazing factor. Lots of wheat on the nose and flavor, light notes of lemon and hop throughout. Kinda watery, slightly grassy. Eh. boFNjackson (1273), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 21, 2009 Bottle... Poured a cloudy, vibrant yellow/orange with a white head. Citrus, yeasty esters and wheat and barley grains on the nose. Foamy, thick palate that wasn’t as light as a lot of other wheat beers. Cracker malts, pepper spices, yeasty funkiness, lemon-citrus and a hop balance. Very grassy and earthy. Pwn3d (1063), Manhattan, New York, USA

Some pleasant characteristics.. yeast, spice, and some orange. Although not bold enough. Also lacking much backbone, fairly watery 2.85
