Tastes sweet and somewhat doughy. Smooth with nice crisp finish. Quite mild flavor - could use more of it. Nice on palate - high carbonation. I just wish I could smell and taste more of this beer. Quite decent overall and easy to drink. RblWthACoz (963), Brooklyn, New York, USA

It ended up being a telltale sign. The lemon flavor is very heavy, but not so overpowering that it ruins the beer in it’s entirety I felt. I will admit that I like strong flavors in a beer, so anything that is very full will most likely get more points from me. It might be so strong that it makes it that you have to dig that lemon flavor in your wheat beer (or full flavors in general), otherwise you might not appreciate it that much. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Sep 4, 2007 Perfect hazy golden pour with a big lasting white head in a weizen glass. Smell is lemony, lightly wheaty, and refreshingly simple. Taste is fairly light, lemony, very mildly wheat, and a bit of tartness. Perfectly crisp bite and finish, yet smooth at the same time. A nice wheat which although lacking some flavor, is a good easy drinking summer beer nonetheless. JohnnyJ (1321), Carlsbad, California, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 29, 2007 Medium bodied - lots of malt from both wheat and barley; what I think of as a good blend percentage. There is quite a bit of cereal pale malt to mellow the wheat. Pretty citrusy in the form of strong lemon. The hops are slmost absent except in the form of some upfront bitterness thats quickly surplanted. A little bit of vegetable lingering in a dry finish. Good summer drink, seen better in this style but have certainly seen worse.
