Commercial Description:
Malted wheat and the choicest American barley are combined with a blend of noble hops to create this light, fruity, refreshing beer. Brewed in the style of the American beer renaissance, Blue Star is unfiltered, the yeast adding a complex note to the flavor profile. It's especially good with a slice of lemon!

12 oz bottle. Cloudy yellow with awhite head. Lightly spicy nose, wheaty of course. Flavor is more of the same, drier than most of this style. Solid, if unspectacular.

12 oz bottle. Not a lot of aroma. Pours a cloudy hazy yellow color. Light, citrus somewhat fruity sweet flavor. Small white head. Hoppy flavor, but not offensivly so. Refreshing, easy drinking beer. Long somewhat dry finish.

12oz - Aroma of yeast, hops, and wheat with a touch of citrus. Pours clear yellow with small head and good lacing. Flavor is mellow and tame version of aroma. Hops come out as it warms and saves the flavor score. Palate is clean and crisp. Nothing too exciting but easy drinking.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a pale amber with a creamy, white head. Fresh, lightly citrusy aroma. Medium-bodied with soft, wheaty notes and a fresh whiff of citrus. Vague sweetness and a somewhat dry finish albeit without much bitterness. This is something as unusual as an American Wheat with solid aroma hops. Probably the best AW I’ve ever had.... 060406

Pours hazy yellow with a quicky disappearing what head. Aroma is sweet what with a bit of mustiness. Body is medium with not very much carbonation. Taste is the maltiness of the wheat - fairly rich. The finish is crisp and spritzy with a hint of citrus. This is an okay beer.

Nice, its a nice hot spring day, and this blends perfectly with the freshly cut grass, sunshine, and birds chirping. Definitely not exceptional, just a good brew.
