It was similar to the tang I find in apricot ales but of a different fruit flavor and it had a pretty light finish. This beer is a bit nicer than say Sam Adams summer ale but that is about as good as it gets in my book. My wife thinks Sam Adams is slightly above this one. Zinister (1201), Houston, Texas, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 3, 2005 Nice dirty blonde pour with very little head. Definate wheat with something a little odd about it...but hey, it could be my frozen glass. Very light and slightly sweet...pretty darn thin and just shoots to the back of my mouth. Great for a 102 degree Houston summer day! BennyTicklez (621), USA

| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 16, 2005 One problem with wheat beers is they rarely look or smell good. The other problem is they rarely taste good either. This is a prime example of that. I have most of this six-pack waiting in my fridge for me to give it away. Darkover (1313), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 5, 2005 Hazy gold color with a big beige head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and spices. Flavor of citrus, wheat and sweet malt. biz82 (1328), austin, Texas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 20, 2005 Murky and buff colored with no head. Soft and fruity wheat aroma with some spicy hops. Light and sweet on the tongue with some citrus and spiciness in the flavor. Finishes quick and watery but has a small amount of tingliness on the palate remaining. Clean and refreshing over all with the level of character you would expect from an American Wheat.
