Commercial Description:
Malted wheat and the choicest American barley are combined with a blend of noble hops to create this light, fruity, refreshing beer. Brewed in the style of the American beer renaissance, Blue Star is unfiltered, the yeast adding a complex note to the flavor profile. It's especially good with a slice of lemon!

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is wheat, orange and citrus. Taste is citrus and wheat. This is a clean crisp beer. Smooth on the palate. Decent beer

Pours a hazy muddled yellow gold with white head that dissipates to a thin layer. Aroma is wheat and not too much to say about it. Flavor is wheat, light watery earthiness with very mild hops. Body is fairly light with medium carbonation. Definitely nothing remarkable about this beer. Better than bud light but that’s about it.

Pours a semi-hazy straw with fading offwhite head. Aroma of sweet citrus and some horseblanket. Flavor has a weak hop bitterness. Medium thin body with high carbonation. Not that great.

Great for summer sipping. Not a ton of complexity, but pretty refreshing in the sun.

this was kind of a boob of a beer, not a nice young firm one, more like a granny teet .... a bit thin in the mouth ... geez, such a simple dumbed down beer .. some lacing ... needs more- everything .."make me a bike, clown!!" ... lacks character, integrity, and morals.... and fuck the people who ask for this..
