Draft at Flying Saucer. Bit cloudy. Golden color. I get vanilla and muscat on the nose and flavor. A little farmhouse, bitter funkiness.

Bottle. Tart yeasty aroma. Body is a hazy light orange amber, topped by a white head. Flavor is moderately sweet, fruity, mostly lemon. Not as well-balanced or smooth as some others of the saison style, but certainly very pleasant and drinkable.

Earthy. Barnyardy, oranges with a bit of candy sugar. Dry, chalky mouth. Very phenolic. Lingering hay, honey brandy finish.

A cloudy orangish golden beer with an appreciable head and a fruity nose. Head settles to a film quickly enough. Flavor has that characteristic belgian yeast tone and a bind of banana. Mouthfeel is very fizzy, borderline too much. Finish is flavorful and yeasty, light, a little refreshing and good.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Has a very pale orange golden color with a large very frothy white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is banana and lemon and sweet hops. Very good sticky lacing on the glass. The taste is a very sweet lemon and nice bitter finish. A very good saison from North Coast.

750ml Bottle: Aroma of yeast, citrus, light coriander, light spices, lemon, slight pepper, and some earthiness. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, dense, white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of yeast, lemon, spices, pepper, coriander, earthiness, apples, grass, and pears. Medium body. Tingly texture. Lively carbonation. Yeasty, lightly dry finish.
