A very nice saison, the brew begins with a moderately cloudy, medium (on the dark side of medium) gold color, and a large, slightly off white head. Lovely aroma, full of spice, grassy notes, and alcohol. Flavor is similar, with spice dominating and a larger than expected hop presence. Finish is fairly short, though the alcohol and yeast notes linger for a long time.

this was fairly tasty saision. found it in little rock of all places. Nice and spicy with alot of citrus in it. Good amount of alcohol in it at least from the smell and taste of it, i guess its only at 7. Solid saision, reminds me a bit of my homebrew.

Bottled. Pours a cloudy yellow. Way too citrusy and acidic for a saison to me.

Bottle, pours a cloudy yellow color with a big fluffy white head. Nice tart citrus aromas, lots of yeast, and citrusy. Closer to a triple in my opinion. Alcohol is more present than in other saisons I have tried. Not bad at all.

Had an opportunity to sample this at Brew at the Zoo at the National Zoo in Washington DC. Maybe a 6oz sample poured into a mug was translucent, cloudy yellow with a frothy white head. Very appealing nose has flowers, perfume, light citrus, spices and wheat all combining for a very inviting aroma. Flavor is a little similar, plenty of fruit, bananas, sweet tarts, spices and a touch of grass. Clean, slightly chalky finish with no hint of the alcohol. Pretty nice, I would definitely purchase bottles of this when I was in the mood for saisons.

Golden coloured body with a dense white head. Spicy grassy aroma with malt and plenty of hops roaming around. Medium-bodied; Super effervescent with wheat and spices noticeable most. Aftertaste shows some complexity with grass and coriander seed most noticeable. Overall, a nice and complex beer that is definitely worth trying! I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased on 08-May-2008 at Norm’s in Vienna, Virginia, sampled on 20-August-2008.

Very hazy (cloudy) deep tangerine orange colour with a huge effervescent white head displaying eternal retention and heavy lace. Sweet malt, citrus, guava, spice, dried straw. Finish is tart and crisp. Complex and refreshing, although I’m not getting any musty/dusty or "barnyard" character from the yeast.
