Bottle: Light haze in a golden pour with a large off-white head. Nose is light and airy, citrus, fruity, light florals, and some yeast. Crisp florals and citrus blended with spices round out the bluk of the flavor. Some light apple cider notes as well. A crisp, grassey kick in the trailer.

murky yellow with a nice thick head.the aroma is a blend of pepper, strawberries, hay, belgian yeast, and caramel.the flavor is a mix of seltzer water, white pepper, allspice, peppercorns, and salt.i think i enjoyed the aroma a lot more than the flavor.

Cloudy yellow orange in color. A lot of spice and citurs and yeast. Nice maltyness and wheatiness. Not too shabby.

750ml bottle. Pours a cloudy cider color with a billowy head. Aroma is rich with smells of spices, apple, and other citrusy notes of hops alongside earthier yeast and malt. Body is full and tart with an initially chalky flavor of malt and yeast giving way to a lingering profile of spice and fruit -- very autumnal. A crisp but full beer with excellent balance.

A rusty orange pour with a cloudy appearance and frothy cream head is quickly broken up by the bubbles of this delightful saison. Flavors range from yeasty to nutmeg, earthy to citrusy, and so many nuances in between. Le Merle would pair particularly well with lighter cheeses, such as young chevres and robiolas along side toasted nuts.

Pours a hazy straw/orange with medium sized white head. Light grain, earthy malt, a bit of spice, fruit, citrus, and banana. Also a bit of pepperiness. Pretty decent saison.

Some fruit esters and sweetness, copper earthy appearance, some nut spice and carmels, odd alcohols?
