Bottle. Poured slightly cloudy gold with a large lasting white head. Aroma is quite fruity with apple and citrus notes. Flavor begins citrus flavors and finishes with a sweeter fruitiness.

The cork made a loud pop and some foam began to pour out of the bottle. The head was lively and big in the glass. Bright citrus aroma. Flavor is like a dry champagne with some tart citrus flavors. Also has a crisp bitter flavor. An interesting and enjoyable beer. I have really been enjoying saisons recently.

mmmmmmmmm……….Yummy beer smoke smell. Dam I tried pouring this as careful as I could but I still ended up with 10” of head and only one of beer. Aroma has a very authentic Belgium quality, slightly sour wheat, yeast, spice. Stupid long lasting over sized cap aint going away and I want to drink it. The body is a very nice burnt yellow to a glowing orange. Aroma is continuing to wow me some hops and a crisp sourness. Flavor is awesome, sour wheat and a touch of a hop bite, melon, yeast, and a perfect spice. Marks seem high but I think its worth it.

750ml bottle 6/5/09 (Binny’s Naperville)-Pours a hazy orangish yellow with a big white head that dissipates into a small covering. Aroma of yeast, sourness, grains, and bread. Taste of the same with a bit of fruit tasting on the back end. This light to medium bodied brew is quite tasty and done well. Good balance and a bit lacking in the characteristics but still good.

750 ml bottle. It poured a hazy golden liquid with a medium foam that left no lacing. The aroma was fruity and sweet with some alcohol and bread. The flavor was fizzy, sweet and slighlty sour with a hint of apple. A pleasent and well balanced beer.

Hazy golden pour with thick white head. Wonderful yeasty aroma of fruit nad spices with a little hops. More yeast with citrus and grass on the initial taste, finishes with dark fruit, banana, and spices. Lingering bitterness on the finishes balances the initial sweetness. Very nice beer.
