Pours a hazy gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is a mixture of fruit, citrus, clove and a little spicy. Nice esters, slightly spicy hop taste with some malt sweetness. Good saison.

750ml. Hazy, deep gold body with a lasting white head. Pleasant aroma of clove, banana and orange juice with a hint of pepper. Also, hints of flowers and mold. The flavor is moderately sweet and moderately bitter. It finishes much the same, but with an added tang and acidity. Dry, but not as dry as classics. Medium body with a creamy texture and lively carbonation. A little sweet and not overly complex. Still, this was an enjoyable, solid saison.

Cloudy yellow pour with white head. Lots of tiny bubbles. Yeasty aroma, flowery, mellow hops, light fruit. Taste is refreshing. Mild banana, yeast, dry sweetness, nicely carbonated. Dry mouthfeel. Nice lacing, head lasts.

Tasting at a beerfest [Disclaimer: This was tasted along with many, many other beers during a tasting at Julios. Some of the details are a little hazy]. A good example of a saison though not really my thing.

Bottle at the “Drink for Charity” event at Rattle & Hum. Pours a hazy golden amber with a thin to medium white head. Lemony funk. Medium bodied with sweet dark fruit flavors. Finishes lightly bitter and dry.

Just as it should. Cloudy amber with a big fluffy head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Flavor has some sourness along with spice and hops. Very crisp and clean finish. Very true to form.

Bottle sampled at SF International Beer Fest. Pretty solid saison. Somewhat cloudy golden color with a substantial white head. Aroma of yeast, sweet malt, citrus, and pepper. Flavor is yeasty with light fruits, pepper, and spices. Smooth palate, medium-high carbonation.
