Bottle. Pours rich brown with a vibrant white head. Roasted malt dominates the nose and palate. Quite effervescent. Bitter coffee and chocolate flavor. Finishes quite dry and bitter. Honestly, not as good as I had expected.

Beautiful dark brown color, coffe chocolate aroma, initialy very smooth velvet mouthfeel but as it warms the CO2 starts stinging the tongue. The first taste is fruit chocolate and carmel, but then a bitter alcohol taste starts building in the back of the mouth if drunk fast it becomes bad. good stout if slowly sipped

Espresso to the fore. Pours to thick, oily black with some burgundy and a wispy tan head. Its aroma is like black forest cake and espresso, or chocolate and wine. Flavor is a bit similar, like fresh espresso in all its caramel and smoke brilliance, followed by berries and mounds and mounds of more chocolate. Finishes with a little alcohol and metal. Stands out a little because it maintains complexity alongside drinkablility.

Pours an opaque, deep brown. Nose of coffee, chocolate, and some vanilla. Smooth taste covers the alcohol content. Great out of the bottle, but incredible on tap.

Black in color with a lasting off-white head. Coffee and dark chocolate aroma with no real alcohol in the nose. Delicious beer is strong on the dark roasted coffee flavors with just a hint of the chocolate from the nose along with a creamy finish. Delightful.

Translucent shiny brown pour... fizzy light-tan head that fades into a dusty covering. Dry roast chocolate, sweet cherry brownies, kahlua aroma. Bitter roasted hops with some alcohol twang in the start that quickly sweetens up. Finish is some bitter coffee, and long after the swallow, you can feel the alcohol. Its a good, big, and enjoyable drink, but nothing about it sticks out.
