On tap at Patton Alley Pub. Great Beer. Poured jet black with creamy brown head. Nose of coffee, cocoa and hops. Tasted of burnt cocoa and roasted coffee. Hops really come though nicely at the end. Great Beer. Mouthfeel was amazing! My new favorite.

Wow, this is an amazing beer. It was dark, I mean black, and had tan head. It had a strong chocolate taste more then anything else and was just simply amazing.

From bottle : Pours dark black, with a light brown head, half finger tall, that has wonderful staying power. Very frothy and leave nice lacing. Nose of perfection, really a nice smell here. Roasted malts, some hops, chocolate, maybe a tad bit of caramel. Taste is great as well. Burnt malts, with some roastedness at the beginning, middle has a slight hop presence, and it ends with a fantastic expresso aftertaste. No really sign of alcohol anywhere for me. Nice mouthfeel, this is one of the favorite Impy Stouts i’ve had.

Pours inky black like chocalte syrup. Nice creamy head that hangs around a bit. Huge chocolate flavor, hints of licorice, rasin. Aftertaste is mocha/coffee, very complex. Best Imperial Stout I’ve ever tasted.

A great imperial, beautiful pour, great head and lacing which most imperials seem to miss. Big time hops from a stout, But not so much that you can’t enjoy the malt presence. High alcohol is well hidden in the taste. Excellent drinkability for its alc content and style.

Great all around beer. Very easy to drink for and imperial stout. Love the chocolate taste at the end.

A very solid Imperial Stout. Available and amazing. Nice aroma, moderate head, pleasing black color, and small bottles (a plus, sometimes)

Bottle pours black with a foamy thick tan head that thins as it coats glass. Freshly brewed roasted coffee aroma. The perfect imperial stout, intense full-body bubbly bitter-sweet espresso bean flavour with an equally intense after-taste that keeps reminding you what a damn great beer this is.
