I think people are missing one of the most incredible aspects of this beer ... quality vs. price. Might I add, you’re not out waiting in an extremely long line at some "beer release festival" in Indiana waiting to hopefully purchase and pay $15 for a single bottle. No. I paid $6.99 for a 4-pack today. Perhaps it’s my Jewish blood praising North Coast for it’s generosity. Cheers!!

12oz bottle. Pours black with a chocolate head. Decent carbonation. Aroma is of roasted malt, chocolate, syrup, and hops. Taste of hops, and chocolate, dark fruits, with alcohol. Very dry finish, surprisingly medium mouthfeel. I was expecting something to chew on but exceptionally drinkable

(bottle)poured into a snifter. pours a thick, dark ebony with large tan frothy head to the rim. the head is slow to dissipate. a strong aroma is present away from the glass. the aroma is smooth and mouth watering. the taste is more milky than I expected. it is milky smooth with a light finish. it has a sweet front, milky middle, and milky finish. this beer is strongest in its aftertaste. a very god stout.

All it’s advertised to be. Black as oil, thin dark brown head, kicks the palate like a linebacker, this is the kind of stout Stouties live for. Find this beer, drink this beer, savor this beer.

Black hue with lasting creamy brown head, roasted malt a little nutty, soft carbonation, dry texture, full body, average duration the burnt flavour is mainly present as an aftertaste, roasted and a little doughy, chocolate, maybe a plum or even pineapple odor. A very good imperial stout. Mmmmmmm.

Huge flavor and aroma. Very thick on the palate with a fantastic coffee flavor that sticks around.

Oh how I love that burnt malt smell and taste. It does not show a hint of its high APV. It does have a slight charred wood after taste, which is a problem.
