Oh my freakin' god. This one is black gold. Everyone else has already rated this one to extremes, so I'll just say: drink it.

Good God..., this is he best stout I have ever had. Seriously strong chocolate aroma. You know what you drank with the aftertaste. It’s strong, and has a slight alcohol burn. FULL bodied with chocolate upon chocolate. Coffee undertones, and bitterness there, but not overpowering--just like it should be for an impeial stout. If I could get this beer in NC i would quit brewing. Is everything north coast brews this good? Red seal ale was impressive too.

Near perfection. Completely pleasing in all respects. This is what a high quality beers should aspire to.

oh yumm! Yummmm..... so rich, and chocolatey! Oh, yeah! This is a really great beer, and I hope to get more and drink it soon! Thick, rich, creamy. Not too sweet or too heavy - dry and crisp and perfectly delightful. Perhaps this is THE perfect brew! Wow. WOW!

A wonderful head that leaves at just the right time, a clear but dark dark ruby coloration. A smell of chocolate malts, and a slight fruity aroma. The taste is DEEP, wonderful, semisweet and creamy with a hint of hops overshadowed by wonderful malt and spice.

This is one awesome stout. Its strength is deceiving as the beer is really quite mellow and does not give away its high original gravity. Roasted Barley says this brew! The hops are balance perfectly!

Pours dark as the pits of hell with a medium light-brown head. Smells of chocolate and some light alcohol. Nutty, heavily roasted and hopped, complex flavor... Near perfect.

Bottle@Akkurat, Stockholm: This. Is. Amazing. The hoppiness is obvious in the aroma which is nevertheless delicate. Some malty caramel hides behind it too, along with alcohol. Not ot forget a bit of chocolate and... and it’s probably one of the very best I’ve had. As it gets warmer the roastiness and dark chocolates come out.
