The aroma is fruity malts, some apples, lemon, yeast and sweeter malts. The flavor is similar; a bit of sulfur, apples and lemon zest, highly carbonated, peaches and other fruits. Not bad. shawnm213 (985), South Bend, Indiana, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 26, 2009 Sweet caramel malt body with strong yeast esters with hints of peach and nectarine. Spice notes and a noticeable sweet bloodorange hint. Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 24, 2009 This poured a golden color with a low to moderate white head. The aroma is saison like with some citrus, peaches, honey, and a slight spice presence in there also. The flavor really brought out the honey at first then I also taste lemons, whipped cream, peaches, spices, and a little bit of alcohol. The finish is sweet and warming. Overall a pretty good belgian style ale. fredandboboflo (1417), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 22, 2009 Updated: May 14, 2009Bottle. Aroma of citrus, yellow-orange fruits, spicy phenols, light doughy yeast. Flavor nice and citrusy again, quite clean and quaffable. More like a wit to me than anything else, but tasty regardless. iride15 (171), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 15, 2009 Bottle, hazy amber pour with thin head. Sweet aroma of malt, citrus, and yeast. Thin taste of malt, sugar, yeast, and fruit. It’s a Belgian strong ale from and American company, expectations were low, but it was a decent attempt. CheersMate1 (817), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 14, 2009 Looks like a very nice wheat ale, if you ask me. Nice thin head that quickly fades away. Translucent apperance. Pleasant malty nose, with a lot of sweet and yeast aromas, but this is just not an extraordinarily pungent beer. Tastes of yeast, sugar, and malt. Not as thick as I would like it to be. Other belgian ales have a bit thicker of a palate. Pretty good belgian for an Americna company. HOPSHUNTER (389), Tampa, Florida, USA
