Commercial Description:
Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers' art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that results in a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.

Poured from tap at Marin Brew Breast Fest a hazy orange-blond with a large white head. Has a typical belgian aroma of yeast and clove with a light banana. Flavor is spicy with clove, light touch of banana, mildly sweet bubblegum, small carbonation bite, citrus/orange and caramel. Overall great flavors and easy to drink. I’ll have to go out and buy some.

Pours golden, a little hazy. Hardly any head. Strong citrusy aroma. Delicious citrus flavor, light bodied and refreshing. Just a touch of bitterness to balance it out. Great beer to just sip on and chill with.

Beer pours a hazy yellow gold with a thin head and small particles. The nose is a rich mix of clove coriander orange and yeast. The flavor is great with a deep rich complexity that is highlighted by hints of spice and yeast. A truly delicious beer.

12oz bottle. Pleasant aroma of subdued orange and spices (especially clove) with a splash of white wine. Poured a slightly hazy light orange color. The head was fluffy and white with good retention. Some tattered lace was left behind on the glass at the end. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Dry up front with some delicate sugars coming out at the end. I tasted clove, light champaign, and citrus fruits (orange and lime). There was also a hint of banana in the middle. Overall, the flavor improved as the beer warmed a bit. Pretty good stuff.

Large frothy off white head. Medium cloudy amber body. Aroma of straw/hay with some grass hops tones. Light thin oily texture. Average duration. Very metallic and salty. This is a odd tasting beer but not bad.
