Commercial Description:
Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers' art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that results in a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.

Poured from 12oz bottle into a Trappist glass. Coppery orange color with minimal white head. No lacing. Hoppy flavor with slight hint of spice and citrus. Not bad for this style...would recommend to friends.

Hummmm - like Allagash White but dark. Aparently it’s ’very Belgiam Style’ as I was told. It’s quality, and just a fun label!!

Phenolic nose with a bit of must and dank cellar on the nose. Phenolic palate with some overripe white fruit and saccharine sweetness.

Pour was a slightly cloudy light copper color. The head was white and maybe half and inch high. No lacing. The aroma was spicy, with pepper and coriander. A bit of citrus and some alcohol also were present. The flavor was spice, yeast and some citrus. Decent finish. Thin body.

Fourth beer served at Cellars LexLarp beer tasting. Pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Very little lacing. Aroma is light with hints of wheat and candy sugar. Taste of yeasty pumpkin and wheat. A dry yeasty after taste.

Not much aroma, pours to a honey-orange tint. Very little head. Fairly rich mouthfeel with citrus (orange), alcohol, and malt or grain of some sort; a hint of sweetness. Finish is somewhat yeasty. Pretty good.

Bottle. Pour is a cloudy yellow orange. Small white head. Aroma is malt and some lime and orange. Taste is Belgian, though not as developed as I would like. Taste is malt throughout, with nice featuring of the spicy yeast and hop.
