golden in color, not too much haze, with a small cap of foam on top.
Smells rather floral with some yeast notes.
Taste is heavy on yeast, floral hops, a little biscuit, and a little green grape.
very bright with carbonation, very drinkable. noompa (130), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Hazy golden amber w/ a small head for the style; fruity nose of peaches and some spices; yeast and corn (ugh) in the flavor; medium-bodied ending average. Pedestrian offering from a solid brewery. donteatpoop (124), Youngstown, Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Apr 29, 2009 A nice gold color with a bit of white head.
Spicey scent, coriander and malt.
The coriander is present, if a bit strong. The hops and malts also make an appearance.
Defent carbonation, sweet and mellow aftertaste
I don’t know, the coriander was a bit much for me. It’s just not a flavor I’m fond of, and it is all too present here. Normally I love North Coast, but this appears to be the exception.

Nose of banana and citrus. Tastes of citrus, malt and the yeast a bit sweet, with a nice dry finish. Overall another good one fronm North Coast. nickd717 (1383), Palo Alto, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 20, 2009 Draft. Deep golden color with a foamy white head and good retention. Aroma of yeast, sugar, banana, and light fruits. Flavor is yeasty with candi sugar, sweet malt, and fruity esters. Palate pretty average for a Belgian ale, but an enjoyable beer all around. esjaygee (1578), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 10, 2009 Murky graham colored with little to no head. Aroma of Belgian sugar, yeast, caramel and alcohol. Taste of alcohol, sugar and some mild fruit. Medium palate finishes up a bit watery and sugary. It’s ok, but not terribly complex. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 6, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours cloudy urine yellow, with small, quickly dissipating, carbonated head. Banana aroma, yeasty-ness, sweetness. Flavor is light fruity, pretty complex. Sort of strange aftertaste. Pretty good beer for a style I don’t really like. EHopper (348), Minnesota, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 5, 2009 Traditional banana baby food aroma, perhaps a little sharper and sourer than typical. Nice golden color with head that dissipates quickly. The fruit and floral are quite understated to me. Sour yeast dough, a bit of honey sweetness, a bit of yellow zucchini, some light malt, and a strange numbness left in the roof of my my mouth. Overall, worth the taste.
