Less dry than most others, and distinctly more flavorful. Gives any Belgian a run for its money, and leaves many of them in the dust. Pranqster deserves a space in every Belgian lover's cooler.

A VERY strong beer, this blonde is about the best I have tried. Very nice golden flavors, it will hit you but good. I like the blonde’s styles sweet and sour flavor contradictions. I am surprised it took me this long to hear of it. Reid (1092), Salem, Oregon, USA

In appearance the beer is a lovelly deep golden colour with an everlasting pure white head, great swirls of carbonation.
Oh my what a fine aroma this beer has, wonderfully fruity with banana predominating..coriander present..very fresh smelling.
A lovely fizzy sweet fruitiness in taste, banan and coriander( slightly over ripe banana)..sweet sherbet great stuff.
Wonderfully creamy but with a fizzy kick.
A very drinkable Belgian style..I loved this beer..will by many many more.

My dad had a Chimay Trippel on draft, while I got this. Side by side comparison I liked this much more. Hints of alcohol on the nose and palate. Dry finish. Slight smell of the cany sugar used in it. djmd (4), cincinnati, Ohio, USA does not count | 4.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Apr 24, 2002 This is the one that got me started on the belgians. Stronger than it was last year! One of the most flavorful beers I’ve ever had. SDquaffer (18), San Diego, California, USA

This is the beer that put my Belgian fascination in high gear. Easily obtainable, perfect price, FRESH example of the style. Not something that's been in the hot cargo hold of a freightliner for two months. This elixer pours a deep golden, cloudy, orange colour. Twisting, lively carbonation forms a fluffy cream coloured head that never fully subsides. Strong smell of peppers, spice, and pineapple. Massive corriander, curacao orange, doughy yeast and malt sweetness flavours fill the mouth. Huge mouthfeel activates all senses of the palate, from the tip of the tongue to the back of the throat. Another perfect brew from the folks at North Coast. Why this doesn't get the lauding here that Old Rasputin does I'll never know. tsarman (794), Northern, New Jersey, USA

Very sweet with a nice balance of slight bitterness as it warms. I will have to try this one again as it was definitely a fine ale.
