Apr 11, 2008 Bottle, 12 oz. Cloudy amber color with large, frothy off-white head. Some hops in the aroma, but it’s mostly dominated by a raspberry and flowery aroma. Creamy texture with lively carbonation and a bitter finish.Flavor lasts long with a light acidic and is heavily bitter.

Apr 9, 2008 Updated: Apr 27, 2008Drank this one while watching Rangers/Devils game 1. Huge slightly off white head. Aroma isn’t very strong but it’s of mostly malt, a touch of citrus. Flavor is good. It’s of malt, some spice and a bit of hops. Slighly bitter. Could have a bit more bite to it but it’s very drinkable and a solid brew. Good beer to keep in the fridge on a regular basis.

Apr 7, 2008 Bottle: Poured an amber color with a nice amount of head. The aroma was of floral hops. The flavor was very smooth, with just the right amount of hops. Overall, another excellent beer from an excellent Brewer.

Mar 31, 2008 The boquet is a little less than expected for a pale ale. There is also very little malt aroma. It pours a beautiful red/amber. The head is nice with great lacing. The flavor is well balanced and there is a very slight aftertaste.

Bright orange. Fruity hoppy aroma - melon. Definitely made from the right ingredients, but there’s something odd about it. Sticky sweet taste, quite thin in places, but definitely sticky. Very American. I’m getting pumpkin perhaps. Nothing actually wrong with this but it is incredibly boring with it’s inane ’generously hopped’ attempt to be interesting.

Mar 30, 2008 bottle poured an amber in color with heavy steady carbonation and a thick tan one finger head that pulled back to a layer with good retention. aroma has a nice fruited hops with a caramel malt base and some spice. taste is more like an ipa style with some biters mixing with the hops. malted body gives to the bitters with spice and sharp hops coming through. i went in thinking this was going to be just average but is has some nice hops character and the bitters mix in well. solid brew again for north coast.
