Commercial Description:
Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal Ale is generously hopped in the traditional manner for a long, spicy finish.

Bottle. Poured burnt coppery color with a light off white head. Smells richly of hops and pine, similar to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Finishes with hints of fruits, but very hoppy. Very good American pale ale. Another excellent offering from North Coast Brewing.

Bottle, poured a dark amber color with an off white head. Smell of hops and pines. Nicley balanced taste of tart and hops. A bitter american pale ale with smooth flavor.

The smell is hoppy and citrusy. The beer is a light pale yellow. The taste is a nice hoppy with a good balance in the beer. The finish is a bit bitter but accepted with this style of beer. Enjoyed it very much.

Poured a deep red copper color with a thick, off-white head. Nice aroma with floral and citrusy hop notes. Fairly well-balanced, with a slight nod to the hoppy side of things. A mixture of grapefruit and grassy hop flavors, with just a tiny bit of hop bitterness as it went down. A nice, tasty ale.

ABR 2007. Very hoppy for the style. Orange color. More hops in the body that was still light and drinkable.

A very nice copper color. The hops are very nice and balanced by a lovely malty core.

355 ml bottle (5.6% abv). A near-clear dark copper to light amber pour. One finger quickly diminishing tan head. Prominent grapefruity hop aroma with whiffs of clean dry malts. A humble, but well composed taste of light sweet malts, gentle bittering hops with some noteable fruity accents. Body is a bit underweight. Water in the palate, but not very exposed. Short light bitter, light acidic finish. Overall, nice!
