The head was off-white and ample, slowly fading to 1/2 inch and leaving plenty of lacing in the glass. The aroma was strong with citrus, and sweet malts. The flavor was loaded with hops, caramel, toffee, vanilla, and malts. The mouthfeel was a bit thin initially but built up to a pasty-sticky climax. The finish was long, slightly bittersweet and showed a touch of cedar. Overall: there is lot to like about this beer. Recommended glennmastrange (860), hobe sound, Florida, USA

Head is creamy white with excellent lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is a hazy amber/orange. Flavor starts lightly acidic and bitter then finishes moderately acidic and heavily bitter. Palate is medium/light, between watery and dry and has a lively carbonation. It finishes moderately astringent and very dry. The crispy dry finish makes this a good choice for almost any pub food. onehotsexychic (101), Albany, New York, USA

The initial flavor is very hoppy and earthy. There is a nice bite on the tip of your tounge while the back of your palate has mild malt and apple flavors.
