The aroma is hoppy with some piney and citrusy scents to back it up. Very nice. The flavors are perfectly matched to the scents. Good solid finish. Very nice. pintocb (518), Darsville, Georgia, USA

Pours clear copper with a big head and great lacing. Flavor matches aroma with a metallic aftertaste. Palate is crisp and tart. A tasty session brew. acearl (218), J-Town, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 28, 2007 Nice strong aroma, malty with hoppy overtone. Color is a nice dark orangy amber with a thick white head. Flavor has a nice balance of malt and hops, leaning towards hoppy, with a smoky hint and some good bitterness. Lively and zingy in the mouth, this is a pleasant ale to drink - fine by itself, or at a party, or with supper.
