gracefullypunk (272), Washington, USA Nov 1, 2009 Yellow honey gold with plenty of rising bubbles and a thin beige head. aromas of faint hops, sweet malts, and citrus. Crisp and bubbly with a slightly peppery flavor. Balanced well with spicy foods. Fratto (670), Arlington, Texas, USA Oct 30, 2009 Bottle from the Flying Saucer Fort Worth. Light yellow pour. Aroma of okra, musty grains, and hops. Taste is bland and metallic. Mouth feel is almost painful. Cavie (1317), Fort Worth, Texas, USA Oct 28, 2009 Updated: Oct 29, 2009Light orange yellow pour. Rotten grain aroma, like that of the grain that sits outside of a brewery for a day longer than expected in direct sunlight. Ugh tastes slightly better than the aroma but not by much. Dry feeling is bad oats flavor. I almost said Bad Dates which would have led me on an Indiana Jones crusade. Hahaha short-round. He was always in trouble. Gahl-lee-maw!! Haha, this beer isn’t bad but isn’t great. JBVatkeens (7), Florida, USA does not count Oct 27, 2009 Bottled. Nice coloration, and is clear, has a little bit of a twang to it. It’s alright. SledgeJr (2957), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Oct 17, 2009 In the bottle at the 2009 Crescent Moon Summer Beer Festival. Pours bright yellow with a fast-dying white head. Very lemon-like in taste. Not great. Definitely not in the German style of pilsner. skoisirius (570), Seattle, Washington, USA Oct 7, 2009 Not the greatest Pils. Weak nose with not much bite to the flavor, kinda watery. Pretty boring, rustychiles (997), Mesa, Arizona, USA Sep 29, 2009 Pours a nice golden with a white head. Aroma is malt, hops, water and not much else. Flavor is malt, grassy hops, and a little bitterness in it’s otherwise watery finish. jeremytoni (1069), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA Sep 26, 2009 From a bottle poured a golden color with a fair amount of head. Nice light bitter flavor with a quick finish.
