Oct 4, 2008 12oz bottle. Gold with a fluffy white head. grass, citrus, spice, and bread in the aroma. Relatively fat malty body, with a spicy hop balance. Much more flavor than I expected, but could have been a little leaner. Almost tastes like a blond ale, rather than a lager.

Sep 28, 2008 Bottle... Poured golden with a thick white head. Aroma was a little musty with some sweet malt grains. Tasted of refreshing hops with citrus/lemon and a little malt to balance. One of the better pilsner lagers I have had.

On draft, taps a bright golden with a really decent small bead white head that is full at first, but eventually only rings the glass and covers the surface. Aroma is sweet malt and some hop flower. Taste is really clean and crisp, but not too bitter. Sweet pale malts dominate. an excellent summer thirstquencher very true to the style.

Sep 27, 2008 Light straw color with a medium white head. Aroma is grassy, lightly floral, a touch spicy. The flavor is light - mild and well-balanced. Creamy mouthfeel, lightly fruity - almost apricots - with a dry but not crisp finish. Very enjoyable.

Sep 25, 2008 Lightly hazed golden liquid with a fizzy/wispy off white head. Clean but uneventful aroma. Light nose of cookie dough with a hint of floral hops. Dry start with only a touch of malt. Finishes sweeter with a powdery bitterness. Light malt linger.

Sep 23, 2008 This is clean and pretty tasty, as well as quite drinkable. It is very gold with a medium, slightly off-white head that shirnks steadily to a thin top and a little leace. The smell is bread, lemon, with some grass, crackers and a little honey. The taste is similar, being mostly with bread, crackers, lemon, a little grapefruit, some honey, and a hint of vanilla in the finish.

Sep 23, 2008 Draft at the Comet.
Very light gold in color on the pour. A little froth, but it’s quickly gone before a second sip. Smell is slightly hoppy, but pretty floral and somewhat spicy. Taste is more of the spice, some lemon and some slight hops. This is absolutely wonderful on draft. Much better than I was expecting. Very good pilsener, maybe one of the better that I’ve had.
