The color was golden. The head was thin, fizzy, and white. The aroma was sweet and grassy. The flavor was light grass and sweet. The palate was thin. The finish was abrupt.

Bottle. While this beer is not overly strong on flavour, it was an excellent complement to the vegetarian banquet we prepared. The beer provided a clean, dry taste to the palate. I could see this being a great hot summer day beer when properly chilled.

12oz bottle. Pours clear, brilliant yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is bready, malty, a little maltier than a normal Pilsner I’d say. Crackers, slight biscuit notes. Hoppiness is low. Taste is quite watery with just a touch of grain. Certainly not one of the better examples of the style I’ve had.

(Bottle). Aroma of malts and grains. Hazy golden in color with thin head. Very mild flavor, in fact too mild. Some malt comes through, but almost no bitterness. Nicely carbonated, and cleanly refreshing.....but the taste, unfortunately, is absent.

Malt sweetness has a husky grainy character in the aroma. Spicy hops are also apparent. Lightly hazy blonde body is topped by a fizzy but lasting white head that leaves some lace on the sides of the glass. Grassy hops over creamy lightly buttery flavour. Bitterness is accentuated by mineral quality. Strong carbonation but somewhat slick in texture. Tulip glass. Just above fridge temperature. Bottle (Bottleworks, Aug-08).

Bottle. Pours a light orange color with almost no head. Smelled like wheat and grass. Very smooth beer. Drinkable.

On tap. Weird taste, sort of like sour cream. The body contained average carbonation, was transparent and light orange brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of grasses and malts . Its mouth feel is initially tingly off tasting and bubbly with a smooth aftertaste. Its flavor contained weird off tasting grassy notes. Not one I would buy again.

Beer pours the expected golden yellow with a mild fizzy head. Aroma of sweet pilsner malt, but somewhat subdued. The flavor was typical pilsner malt, sweet. This one was not overly crisp and was a little lacking in the hop flavor department. "Sublte hop character" is right...but this is even for a pilsner. Not bad, though...coulda just used some of those grassy/hay-like hops in there for some character.
